About VAS
I started Virtual Assistant Sharon over 20 years ago when my oldest son was born. I wanted to work from home while taking care of him. I knew that I wanted to help people in their businesses.
I was 100% sure that that was my calling but I just wasn’t quite sure how to do that.
So, I did what I knew.
I had worked in several medical office settings, so I did transcription for for doctors, clinics and then got into doing closed captioning for movies. That was a blast! After doing that for a while, I developed carpal tunnel and so I had to figure out something else to do. I had always been into techie things. I love to figure out how something works, so I decided I wanted to get into supporting business owners with email marketing systems, such as Aweber and Constant Contact. That progressed into html coding for websites and sales pages, graphic creation and web design and development. I loved figuring out everything on my own and then passing on my knowledge to the clients that I began working with.
I get joy from doing all the technical things behind the scenes to help support my clients with tasks such as A-Z Teleseminar set up, Web Design, Graphic Design and so many other things. I know that this is my true calling and I love what I do.
I believe that a client’s time is better spent on doing what they love and as a virtual assistant, I am here to handle the rest. Clients depend on my skills and knowledge to help them succeed in their business and obtain new goals for themselves.
I share my life with my husband Erron and our three sons. Oh and I can’t forget my office crew Precious and Piggy. LOL. They begrudgingly let me have a corner of the office. My other two passions in my life are reading and cooking.
Even though I am based in Fort Worth, Texas, I have clients all over the United States, Canada and the UK.
