Virtual Assistant Sharon began more than 20 years ago, at a season of life when working from home mattered. I wanted to be present for my family — and I knew, without question, that I wanted to help people in their businesses.

I didn’t have a polished plan.

But I did have experience, curiosity, and a love of figuring things out.

My background started in medical offices, transcription, and closed captioning. That work sharpened my attention to detail and taught me how important accuracy and systems really are. When carpal tunnel forced a pivot, I leaned into something I had always enjoyed — technology.

I began supporting business owners with email marketing platforms like AWeber and Constant Contact. From there, my work naturally expanded into websites, HTML, graphic design, and behind-the-scenes systems that keep businesses running smoothly.

I’ve always loved learning how things work — and then explaining them in a way that makes sense. That combination has shaped everything I do.

Today, I support clients with the technical details most people don’t want to deal with: website updates, email systems, graphics, automations, and the many moving parts that live quietly behind a successful business. I find real joy in handling those details so my clients can focus on the work they love.

I’m based in Fort Worth, Texas, but I work with clients across the United States, Canada, and the UK. When I’m not working, I’m usually reading, cooking or crafting.
